Panayiotis Chrysostomou, CFA is currently Manager, International Clients and Investment Advisory at the Wealth Management Division of Eurobank Cyprus. From this role, he is responsible for the provision of investment services covering the wealth management needs of the Bank’s international clientele, through a team of experienced Relationship Managers. He is also overseeing the investment advisory function of the Bank as well as the Bank’s relationships with international fund houses. Panayiotis was previously Head of the Institutional Clients Unit of Eurobank Cyprus, servicing the Bank’s institutional clients for their investment and banking needs. Prior to that, he was Director at Symmetria F.S. Ltd, an independent financial advisory firm. From 2007 until 2013, he held the position of Fund Manager at CISCO Ltd, Bank of Cyprus Group and before that he worked as an Investment Officer at Universal Life Insurance Public Co. Ltd and as a Senior Analyst at the Investments Department of the MacArthur Foundation in Chicago, US. He holds a BA Honours in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University and an MBA from the University of Illinois, where he studied with a Fulbright scholarship. He has been a CFA charterholder since 2003 and a founding member of the CFA Society of Cyprus, where he served as President, Vice President and Secretary. He is also a member of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA) and holder of CySEC’s Advanced Certification.

Dr. Xenia I. Loizidou is a Civil and Coastal Engineer (National Technical University of Athens and Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine of London), and holds a PhD on participatory decision-making process from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has worked extensively in over 50 countries on solution oriented, environment and sustainability issues and natural systems management. Her research interests include integrated coastal zone management, blue growth and gender equality. She holds several international posts and has received several international awards, such as member of the leadership council of the UN Sustainability Development Solutions Network Cyprus, UN International Expert in the Compliance Committee of the Barcelona Convention, and Ambassador of Mediterranean Coasts 2019 – 2020, by the UN Environment/ PAP/RAC and the Governments of all Mediterranean countries. Her work has been highlighted in 20th anniversary report of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Report GEM 2018/2019 which features entrepreneurs around the world.

Mr. Elafros is a General Manager at Eurobank Asset Management M.F.M.C, the Head of the Global investment Advisory Division and the Group Chief Investment Officer of Eurobank.

He started his professional career in the 90’s in the UK as an Investment Risk Researcher and Visiting Lecturer at Cass Business School. He subsequently worked as a Senior Equity Analyst at Telesis Securities, before joining Eurobank in 2001. Antonio Poggialini, Sales Director, Head of Sub-advisory Business – Italy

Antonio Poggialini joined Pictet in 2011 as Sales Director, covering the Wholesale channel in Italy. From 2020 he is the head of the Sub-advisory business for Pictet in Italy, responsible of the development of custom-made investment vehicles for Italian Financial Institutions, mainly focusing on ESG Investment solutions.

Currently the Head of Investment Advisory Unit at the Wealth Management Division of Eurobank Cyprus. From his role, he is responsible to implement the investment advisory process using instrument selection methodologies and look-through analysis of investments, participating in investment committees and maintaining a variety of model portfolios and strategies. Prior to that, he held various positions in the financial services sector, totalling 15 years of professional experience. Harris Poyiadjis, Investment Manager, CNP Cyprus Insurance Holdings

Harris Poyiadjis is the Investment Manager of CNP Cyprus Insurance Holdings since July 2017.  He is responsible for the Assets Under Management of the 3 insurance companies within the group (CNP Cyprialife, CNP Asfalistiki and CNP Zois).  Prior to that, he was part of the Fixed Income Portfolio management team (own funds) of Bank of Cyprus PLC for 7 years.  He started his career in 2003 in DEPFA Bank PLC, Nicosia branch serving in a few positions before joining the  Balance Sheet Management team of the bank until 2010.  Mr. Poyiadjis graduated with a BBA from Baruch College, City University of New York NY majoring in Finance and Investments while later he got an MSc in Finance and Banking from Cyprus International Institute of Management. Andreas Assiotis, Vice President of the Cyprus Economy and Competitiveness Council on the Sustainable Growth Strategy

Andreas Assiotis is Group Chief Economist & Strategy Manager of Hellenic Bank Company Ltd. He is the Vice Chairman of the National Economic and Competitiveness Council of Cyprus and the Chairman of the Steering Committee of the country’s Long Term Economic Strategy. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Blockchain Technologies Center. Andreas has held both academic and consultancy positions to domestic and international organizations.

Dr. Michael I. Loizides, Environmental Engineer & Consultant, Co-founder and Executive Director, ISOTECH Ltd

Dr. Michael I. Loizides is a graduate of the School of Chemical Engineers, National Technical University of Athens. He holds an MSc, DIC in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College and a PhD on waste management from the National Technical University of Athens. Dr. Loizides is a leading environmental/ sustainability consultant, with experience in over 45 countries. In 2021, Dr Loizides led the team that developed the National Circular Economy Strategy for Cyprus. In 2014, Dr Loizides was appointed, by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, as the Head of the Technical Committee on Environment within the peacebuilding negotiations for Cyprus.  In 2015, he was appointed by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, as Member of the Board of Directors of Cyprus Research Promotion Foundation. Mr. Panos Protopapas, Mechanical Engineer, General Manager of Elysee Irrigation Ltd.

He holds a BSC in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering (Imperial College-University of London, UK) and he has been the General Manager of ELYSEE since 2005. A member of the Society of Plastic Engineers (SPE), he has also served as the Cyprus representative in the CEN\TC European Committee 155 (Creation, review and approval of European Standards for “Plastic Piping and Ducting Systems’’) and as a technical expert in the CEN\TC\WG12 working group for polyethylene pipe systems. He has also participated in several other research programs concerning thermoplastics and polymer processing.

Parallel to that he has been trained in the Lean Manufacturing philosophy for World Class Enterprises, with extensive seminars and international trainings in Japan, Denmark and locally in Cyprus. He has extensive knowledge in polymers and the relevant challenges of recycling and energy management in the manufacturing field for plastics.
