Antonis Antoniou – General Manager, Wealth Management, Eurobank Cyprus
Mr. Antoniou joined Eurobank Cyprus in 2007 and he currently holds the position of General Manager – Wealth Management.
He started his career at Laiki Bank where he served for six years as Head of the Market Risk Management Unit. He then moved to the Private Banking Unit of Laiki Bank as Assistant Manager and later served as Manager, a position he held until his move to Eurobank Cyprus.
Mr. Antoniou graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc Degree in Actuarial Science and obtained an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from the City Business School. He is also registered in the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission’s Public Register of Registered Persons as holder of the Advanced Certification.
Tony Hadjiloucas – Partner, In charge of Private Wealth Services
Tony is in charge of Private Wealth Services at PwC Cyprus. He advises wealthy individuals and families from around the world on protecting, managing and growing their wealth. Areas of focus include family office services, economic citizenship, residency and domicile, trust, estate and succession planning, family governance, support with management of liquid assets investment portfolios, personal and business Intellectual Property (IP), M&A and philanthropy.
Tony has 20 years’ financial advisory experience with PwC in three countries, including around 10 years in London, where he headed a group providing valuation and strategy advice. He has served for many years on the core faculty of the United Nations’ World Intellectual Property Organization and authored several thought leadership pieces. Tony has been a visiting lecturer at several universities, including Imperial College and London Business School in the UK and Kellogg School of Management in the US. Tony has provided expert witness testimony at a number of international courts on financial matters.
Evgenios Antoniou – Senior Manager, Private Wealth Services, PwC Cyprus
Evgenios is a Senior Manager at PwC Cyprus, Private Wealth Services. Evgenios started his career at PwC UK with the Market Risk & Derivative Valuations team and he continued at Morgan Stanley (London) in the Firm Market Risk Department. Evgenios also held senior positions at Bank of Cyprus Group in CISCO Asset Management servicing High Net Worth Individuals and Institutional Investors and most recently was the Fund Manager of EuroLife Ltd.
Evgenios is a CFA Charterholder. He obtained a BSc. in Economics and Mathematics (First Class Honours) from Bristol University and an MSc. in Mathematical Trading and Finance (Distinction) from Cass Business School (City University). He is on the board of the CFA Society Cyprus.
His multiyear experience in global multi-asset portfolio management, investment advice, market risk measurement and management, valuations, participation in investment committees along with his relevant strong academic background in finance, statistics and economics helped him to develop an advanced understanding of global financial markets and hence be in a position to advise and assist a number of HNWIs, Wealthy Families, Trusts and Institutional Investors.
Neophytos Neophytou – CEO of Neophytou Jewellery
Neophytos Neophytou is the CEO of Neophytou Jewellery with 40+ years of experience in the market of Jewellery and Diamonds. Mr. Neophytou has served as a President of the Cyprus Jewellers Association for 10 years. He is a Dna Ambassador of Antwerp World Diamond Centre, Collaborator of GIA (Gemmological Institute of America) and HRD (Gemmological Institute in Antwerp).
Hillik Nissani – Senior Executive and Advisor in growing B2B and B2C companies
Mr. Nissani is a seasoned senior executive and advisor with a proven track record of over 25 years across five continents in growing B2B and B2C companies. Mr. Nissani is a growth expert and he serves as a board and advisory board member in several US, EU and Israeli high-tech and Blockchain companies (such as Stox, CRYPTALGO and Vinchain), advising on strategy, marketing, operations and human capital management.
His abundant working experience includes the Vice President managing 888.com’s high liquidity business unit with revenues of close to $100M, and easy-forex Chief Marketing Officer where he managed sales and marketing budgets of tens of millions annually.
Mr Nissani spent 5 years in venture capital and private equity with Poalim Capital Markets, the investment arm of Israel’s largest financial group – Poalim, where he led investments in high-tech companies and assisted their management teams with both their strategy as well as their daily execution.
Mr. Nissani was Captain and Head of The Israeli Defence Forces’ Software Development School Programming Division and holds an MBA from Edinburgh University.
Celia Pourgoura – Pourgoura & Aspri LLC
Celia Pourgoura is an English qualified lawyer with an LLB qualification, an LLM qualification on Commercial Corporate law, a Middle Temple Barrister-at- Law with registration at the General Council of the Bar of England and Wales as a non-practising Barrister at Law, and a practising registered member of the Cyprus Bar. Between the years 2002 and 2005 and from 2008 until today she has been dealing with trust law, corporate and commercial law, anti-money laundering issues, contract law and corporate administration. Since April 2011 she is the co-owner and director of CA ADVOCATES (Pourgoura & Aspri LLC). She speaks Greek and English fluently and currently learning Russian. She has been nominated by Kings College London as their ambassador in Cyprus. She is a member of (STEP) Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner and of the International Bar Association. She is a the current President of the Cyprus Belarus association, as well a member of the board of directors of the Cyprus – UK association, the Cyprus – India Association, the Cyprus – Russia Association, the Cyprus – Poland Association and the Cyprus – Ukraine Association.
George Leptos was born in Nicosia, Cyprus in March 1963.
He received his B.Sc. degree (with honours) in Civil Engineering from King’s College, University of London. Thereafter, he followed postgraduate business studies in the United States and was awarded the degree of MBA from the American University, Washington D.C.
George Leptos is the Executive Vice Chairman as well as the Technical Director of the Leptos Group and an active executive member of the boards of several Leptos Group companies. In addition to his other duties, as the Group Technical Director, he is also the head of several projects involving, amongst others, land development, architectural studies, management of mega projects and construction.
Given the wide range of the Group’s activities, George Leptos is also actively involved with other engagements and duties, such as overall corporate management and executive level management of the Group’s University and Medical activities as well as with the investment programme and expansion of the Leptos Group in Cyprus and abroad.
He is currently the Vice President in Tourism of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and member of the Cyprus Association of Architects and Civil Engineers. Furthermore he is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Neapolis University, Pafos. From 2008 until 2014, he was elected and served as the President of the Paphos Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the President of the Paphos Region Tourism Board.
Elena Ioannidou – Art Consultant & Advisor, Kapopoulos Fine Arts
Elena Ioannidou is an art consultant and advisor specialising in modern and contemporary art with a focus on the Greek art market. After completing her studies in History of Art and Design, Elena received her MA degree in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London. She has then proceeded to work in acclaimed art galleries in both London and Cyprus. Her notable work experience coupled with her studies, have allowed Elena to further her knowledge of the art market and its multifaceted segments, including but not limited to, auction houses, gallery businesses and art collecting and investing. She is also the co-founder of ‘Arteries Foundation’, a non-profit institution for the promotion of contemporary culture through art and artistic expression. Elena is currently the manager at Kapopoulos Fine Arts gallery in Nicosia, Cyprus.
